It is blessed water of a kind, but it is not full blown, exorcise and blessed water, to which has been added exorcised and blessed salt. The traditional Roman liturgy has a number of different blessings for water.
My educated guess would be "blessed water". In the vetus ordo at least, holy water needs to be confected with exorcized salt and water. Still, I submit to those who know better in this matter.
It depends on the language: usually it will be a "blessed water" or a "sanctified water" as in the French "eau bénite" or in the German "Weihwasser" or in the Polish "wodą święconą".
Good Father, without in any way deprecating the salutary effect of your blessing, I would venture that the water was already holy before being blessed, as all creation participates in the goodness of God. With your benediction, it became twice blessed, perhaps like the mercy that "droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven." So Holy, Holy Water.
I cannot resist reporting a remark by Cardinal Arinze when my husband asked him what was wrong with the Jesuits. "Perhaps there is too much water in their wine."
From my lay understanding, Father, it would be Blessed Water. Holy Water has a few exorcism prayers and blessings attached that make it quite different.
It seems to me, Father, that it is not. At least, I reserved the name Holy Water to that water this is consecrated by exorcisms and solemn blessings and the triple mingling of salt. I think there is a real distinction to be made.
It's water blessed for a specific purpose. Holy Water is blessed for a broader range of purposes identified in the relevant prayers (which do not include the Offertory, so it would be equally inappropriate to pour it into the chalice - never mind the undesirability of salty wine - as to sprinkle anything with the offertory water).
Sadly, in the rest of the Catholic West, that which is in the fonts in the Lil' Licit Liturgy Parishes is Wholly Water owing to Vatican Two and the subsequent new, and wicked, Rite of Blessings.

Because ABS can't always assist at the Real Mass, he is constrained to go to the local parish where, thanks be to God, at least the water in the fonts is Holy.
A series of questions posed to his parish priest resulted in this assurance for ABS
I happen to have an Edition of the Rituale, which is in fact what I use for Blessing the Holy Water here at St. Therese. You're good to go in that regard. :)
Thanks new Saint Pope Paul VI for all of the theological novelties that resulted in the defenestration of Sacramentals, Sacraments, and The Holy Sacrifice of Mass and Tradition.
What escaped the destruction of you and your Rahner-led revolutionaries is all that is left that is worthy of love.
If it wasn't holy before, it certainly is after you blessed it. An unglazed donut is pretty good, but after the glaze goes on it...well, now that's a bit o' heaven.

I thought the blessing was over the commixing rather than specifically over the water?

Dear Father. Sorry for a link that works about as well as the novelties of Vatican Two
This is better...
