Nonne homines huiusmodi etiam dicuntur milites iustitiae socialis? Vel fortasse dici potest excitati?

The woke are barking, so they speak dog-Latin.

vigilax seems to be good enough. It's a common epitheton of spiders eagerly waiting for the unaware to get ensnared in the net they've been weaving

On the basis that "woke" is really a nonce noun/adjective presumably formed from the simple past tense, how about using a simple past tense of the verb "to arouse" but modifying it to look like a passive past participle?

I've just realised that, of course, I should have written "...the 2nd person plural of the perfect active indicative tense of the verb 'to arouse'..." .

Resurrectus -a -um? e.g. multi illi mortuorum qui suffragia sua ferre possunt.
