The admirable Lifesitenews reveals today that some "theological ignoramus with a bishop's hat" [Cardinal Mueller's apt description] has stated that the Instrumentum laboris is
"merely the application of the encyclical Laudato si, and therefore an expression of the infallible Magisterium of the Pope who stands above the word of God or, as a source of revelation, right next to it".
This goes even further than the hitherto finest exposition of the ultrapapalist Bergoglianist heresy: the famous words (probably the only thing he ever said which wasn't plagiarised) of the Bergoglianist former high-flyer (now Icarised) Fr Rosica:
"Pope Francis breaks Catholic traditions whenever he wants to because he is 'free from disordered attachments'. Our Church has indeed entered a new phase: with the advent of this first Jesuit pope, it is openly ruled by an individual rather than by the authority of Scripture alone or even its own dictates of tradition plus Scripture".
Such statements are not merely [to quote Mueller again] examples of "shameless half-education"; they are blatant heresy, in as far as they deny the solemn teaching of Vatican I to the effect that the Holy Spirit was not promised to the successors of S Peter so that they could proclaim new doctrines.
PF is not merely surrounded by fools; he is surrounded and supported and sustained by heretics. Bergoglianist ultrapapalism is a heresy every bit as deadly and as evil as all the other heresies which have assaulted the Church Militant.
What makes the present situation arguably more serious than any other in history is the circumstance that Bergoglianism is now favoured in the highest places and enjoys the power to utilise the Church's machinery of government.
Bergoglianism is quite simply Satan's masterpiece.

It used to be said of some heresies (Chesterton? St. Augustine?) that it is not that they appear patently wrong, but that they seem to be almost right. One looked at them and thought: “There may be some truth in that…” Evil frequently exists under the guise of good.
That has changed today. There is no attempt at nuance by the likes of Rosica, Spadaro, Sosa and others. They are dogmatic in their errors, have no shame and do not admit the possibility of being wrong. It is difficult to see how men who have been well educated can be so blind to their waywardness.
But there’s precedent for this and it goes back a long way. The lowliest angel is said to be far superior intellectually to the smartest human. Lucifer was the ‘smartest’ angel originally, but Pride brought him down. And the modern day heretics are less than ‘angelic’ in their expertise.
Actually, there was evidence that even Rosica's heretical boot-licking quote was cribbed: https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/rosicas-pope-francis-text-plagiarized-from-anti-catholic-blog-report-says-62310
Alas, Father Rosica's famous declaration of Pope Francis' supremacy was indeed plagiarized---from the blog of an anti-Catholic runaway priest.
Excellently put, Father. I've been shocking "Novus Ordo Spirit of VII Catholics" with such statements for several years!
The words of Fr Rosica which you quote were in fact later exposed by Canada's National Post as plagiarism from an anti-Catholic blog. The original text, commenting on a video of a talk by James Martin, read: "Therefore, it is not surprising, as Jesuit priest Martin points out, Pope Francis breaks Catholic traditions whenever he wants — because he is ‘free from disordered attachments’ according to the subjectivity of his own mindset rather than worshipping and serving God according to the authority of Scripture. Clearly, the Roman Catholic Church has entered a new phase: with the advent of its first Jesuit pope, it is obviously ruled by an individual rather than by the authority of Scripture alone or even its own dictates of tradition plus Scripture."
But Rosica's inane claims were not only plagiarize; they were plagiarized from Richard Bennett, an anti Catholic former RC priest. What A Dope!
Spot on, Father. Spot on.
Proving that you can't keep a good man down: disgraced Father Rosica has bounced back with his very recent appointment by PF as a consultor to the Pontifical Council for Social Communications!
In re: the statement attributed to Fr. Rosica. In fact, Fr. Rosica did plagiarize this statement, made originally by an ex-Jesuit, former Catholic. See this news report from April 2019: https://nationalpost.com/opinion/tracking-father-rosicas-very-long-history-of-plagiarism
This is truly becoming scary...
The most heretical pope of all time, but he cleverly, deviously, spews his heresy informally, and mostly through his stooges. He thereby does not tread on Vatican I's definition of the conditions of infallibility.
Actually, Father, that statement "Pope Francis breaks Catholic traditions..." was also plagiarized -- from an ex-Dominican Protestant critical of Pope Francis.

As the U.S. general said during the Korean “action”, “ Men. The enemy is in front of us. They are behind us. They occupy both flanks. We’re surrounded. This time they can’t get away.”
Yes, it's "ultrapapalism"......and all this from a pope who blathers about "clericalism".
Not only is he a monstrous heretic, he's also a monstrous hypocrite.
Well, whether or not Rosica was guilty of plagiarism is beside the point that he appears to be in agreement with the assessment.
That is where the heretical rubber hits the Papal road.
Father, things are bad when that apostate anti-Catholic ex-priest seems more of a Catholic than the acolytes of Pope Francis.
Letter to the Bishop's of Buenos Aires (about the one and only interpretation of Amoris laetitia Chapter 8) in the AAS?
I have found one commentary that seems to distill all the evil of the demons and the world.
It is constantly before me as I grow old. I check everything now against it. It is Augustine's insights into how the leaders and rulers of this world rule through deception, in league with the demons, whose principal goal is to deceive men. It is Book 4, chapter 32 from the City Of God. Timeless Truth. And most certainly they that say they are "Church" can be deadly participants in Satan's Deception.
This is your best blog yet and that's saying something, since you've had many great ones.
Nothing Bergoglio says, isn't in Vatican II or to put it another way, Vatican II can be interpreted in such a way, as to justify, everything Bergoglio says, and Vatican II is built on a beguiling conceit, that appears oh so 'nice' and open minded, which is that it affirms tradition, but then says that things that Modernists believe and want to do, are true to. When someone gives you something, and then asks for a reciprocal gesture in return, it naturally, seems churlish and nasty, to refuse, most especially, for Christians, who's instinct is rightly, always to be as kind and reasonable as possible, but the truth comes first, and the entire Vatican II project is about obscuring and circumventing and undermining, that truth.
As Archbishop Fulton Sheen said: "America, it is said, is suffering from intolerance. It is not. It is suffering from tolerance of right and wrong, truth and error, virtue and evil, Christ and chaos. Our country is not nearly so much overrun with the bigoted as it is overrun with the broadminded.... In the face of this broadmindedness, what the world needs is intolerance." (Fulton Sheen's "A Plea for Intolerance," 1931)
Not quite what Chesterton said, GOR. His point was that in most heresies there is a genuine insight struggling to get out. The trouble is that it has gone bad because the heretic mistakes his little part for the whole, and warps and distorts it in a lop-sided view of the world. Hence Aquinas' patient making if distinctions, trying to sift out and rescue the fragment of valid insight from the dross.
To take one example: we should not recoil from the loopy theology in the Amazon synod documents by affirming with the Koch brothers their right to tape and pillage the planet with no thought for the consequences. I think Benedict XVI, who took an intelligent interest in environmental questions, would agree. Just as his principal objection to Liberation Theology was not that it purported to be on the side of the poor, but that it was bad theology. Interestingly, the late Herbert McCabe OP agreed: he was politically well to the Left but a staunch Thomist who didn't think that the cause of the poor would be served by defective Christology and an incoherent doctrine of God.
As Benedict XVI so splendidly affirmed, the Pope is not an absolute monarch: he is the servant of and bound by the faith we have received from Christ and the apostles. The church is not a political or bureaucratic institution but in the first place and essentially, as Lumen Gentium taught, a communion of grace called together by God. It has a hierarchy and all that, indispensably, but they are servants of the sacramental mystery of grace, not its masters.
To Patrick James: It is said, that when the Father of Psychoanalysis got off the boat in the US, his companion remarked how everything in the US seemed so big. Freud responded: "Yes, a big mistake!" We forget that the US started as an experiment leading to 1789—humanity's darkest hour. Benedict XVI, however, affirmed the positivity of 1776 and so prepared the way for the present situation in Rome. Vatican II he said in effect was the Church's 1776 in 2005 in his address to the Roman curia. Heaven is clearly repudiating 1776 and 1789. So many have been taken in by the fruits of these events. Only chaos can result. Look at the state of the British parliament even as I speak. The death knell of 1789's influence is being sounded. Rejoice and be glad! The Parousia is at hand!
I rarely come across anyone who conflates 1776 with 1789. Jefferson did so, but he had little company, and numerous contradicters.
To Ed Roman: The connexion I think was felt beyond Jefferson. 1789 was celebrated popularly celebrated in the US. Of course the present pontiff is a proponent of the ideology that emerged in the course of the revolution of 1789. Today is said he is willing to face schism over it, which is not at all surprising.
Wonderland Revisited-- Alice was day-dreaming of a world without hidden dossiers when the White Rabbit of Reece rushed through the brambles shouting, “I’m late, I’m late!”
Alice ran after the Rabbit who zigged and zagged until he disappeared down a rabbit hole.
Taking a journalist’s leap of faith, Alice was propelled along a long, dark tunnel into a tiny anteroom. After several awkward attempts at shrinking to size, Alice finally found the key to the low door in the wall and wandered into Wonderland.
At a long table set for afternoon tea were seated some rather odd guests. Alice sat beside the Queen at the head table. An episcopal meeting of some sort seemed imminent.
“No room!” remarked Bishop Dormouse.
Austen the March Hare proceeded to ask Alice a riddle: ”How can the Superior Generalisimo de los Jesuitas ‘disappear’ doctrine? To wit: the devil is not an actual fallen angel of evil, but only a Sosa symbol of evil.”
“Perhaps because...because the Queen said so?”
At this the Queen fixed her gaze on Alice. “I said nothing dogmatic on the subject of disordered doctrine. I merely ask: Who am I to judge?
Besides, words mean whatever I want them to mean at the moment. You are an aspiring journalist, so it’s your job to figure out what I mean.”
Turning to the pack of red cards standing at attention the Queen ordered, “Off with her head!”
“Time is greater than space,” offered the White Rabbit, looking anxiously at his watch.
The Mad Hatter of Rosica reiterated: “The Queen is greater than time or space or Tradition or Scripture. She has no disordered attachments whatsoever, other than to Wonderland personnel with disordered attachments.”
“That is a riddle, indeed,” replied Alice. “Now may I have some tea, please?”
“No tea,” answered Bishop Dormouse.
“Then I am leaving this madhouse of Modernist mayhem.”
“Off with her head,” screamed the Queen once more. At this the pack of red cards swarmed Alice, but she fought free and ran for any door that might lead her back to a pre-Wonderland era where words had meaning, Truth mattered, and tea was served on time.
