For the details, you had better go across to the blog written by my dear Ordinariate friend, Dr Kirk. Don't delay. This is one of the best things he has written. If anyone ever asks you Num quid umquam boni ex Ordinariatu, Dr Kirk's blog is the answer. You can get there, today and every happy day, simply by googling GKIRKUK.
Perhaps, however, you should delay just a moment, long enough to absorb the following information.
In a wild part of Switzerland, full of brigands and assassins, there is a town, a sink of unwholesome clerical intrigue, called Sankt Gallen. Its Coat of Arms is Argent a bear rampant Sable langued and membered Gules armed and gorged Or.
Nuff said.
I know some of you really new readers really like information which is really obscure.
Now read on. Who strangled him?

Well it wasn't me. No matter what anyone says. I never left California. And I have witnesses.
Father could you post a link please?
hmm de hmm hmm....
Might one say that the beleagured Cormack was condemned by all ?
Might one note that if everyone takes the cord and strangles and if there is complete unimpeded accessibility to the apartment (an apartment of which I doubt the sparse description !), of course, there are too many suspects and too many prints to distinguish an individual.....
Given the incompetence and (although not without sincere and expansive efforts) and over-extension of discordant opinions of the group of stranglers - this does not mean that their efforts are the actual cause of death ! (USA TV is full of such crime scenes).
One can rule out the infirm Pope Emeritus, who would never debase himself by visiting the apartment, who is too devoted to our Lord to defy His commandments....
BUT ! there is another... another who has cultivated his reputation as congenial with all, whose heraldic arms change with his overlord, ..... who has all the while been "preserved from himself" by his mentor, who has been misportrayed by many ....who has on his own initiative taken on the guardian role of a Rottweiler.... whose heraldic arms show the slaying the dragon.....
I forgot to mention....
is it all about.....l about the red appendage (overuse?)....the beautiful nails... the bondage of masculine power......
And I thought that Sankt Gallen (in English St Gall) was renowned for its neumed manuscripts of the late tenth and early eleventh century, the neumes that are reproduced in red in my Graduale Triplex and are vital to the understanding of Gregorian Chant ...
